TBSCG was asked by the NewBBDO agency to develop the "dietary pathway" minisite for Novonordisk.
The aim of this module is to explain which eating habits diabetics should try to adopt, with a strong focus on foreign cuisine for those who enjoy eating something different, and a whole host of hints and tips for those who plan to travel.
The concept is built around three key strands. The menu planner provides 52 weeks’ worth of ready-planned meals. Each food group is colour-coded, thereby enhancing the tool’s educational value. The recipe generator, meanwhile, adds a touch of fun, using a multiple-choice system to suggest suitable recipes that can be sorted by their country of origin. Users can also put together a balanced meal with the help of a glycemic load chart and a "balanced diet-o-meter". Lastly, the global cuisine map provides a map of the world with recipe cards organized by continent.
The chosen architecture uses the Drupal CMS, which makes for easy updates, and the pages were specifically put together to foster efficient organic optimization.
The dietary pathway minisite is hosted on TBSCG’s servers. It can be accessed via an iFrame from the flagship site http://diabete.fr
