TBSCG was keen to achieve this gold recognition by Microsoft; to confirm its expertise and increase its existing skills in Microsoft solutions. Gold competencies demonstrate the partner has “best-in-class” capability as market leaders within a specific Microsoft solution area. This ensures TBSCG customers receive Microsoft recognized “best in class” consulting services and Microsoft based solutions.

To receive this recognition by Microsoft the partner company needs to pass technical exams and business assessments based on the latest Microsoft product version in the market. In addition they need to have:

A high number of Microsoft certified engineers employed by the company.

A high number of references from customers.

Documented and confirmed Microsoft based solutions deployed to customer sites.

Over a period of two months TBSCG employees were able to achieve certification for in excess of a dozen exams; covering selling, designing and technically deploying Microsoft based solutions.

TBSCG will be provided with benefits such as internal-use software licenses, eligibility for a direct relationship with Microsoft for sales support and channel incentives, no-cost online training, unlimited customer technical sales and advisory services.
